The pizza we make for you is not just an ordinary pizza.

We build a pizza for you so you can enjoy the crust, the sauce and the toppings.

Your crust begins with either "00" flour imported from Italy or organic whole wheat flour. It doesn't sit all day in a pan , it is stretched out for your order . We make the fresh dough here.

We now also make a gluten free crust and most of our toppings are also gluten free. Give us a call for more info.

For our cheese pizza, we then add our sauce made from freshly packed tomatoes; we add some simple seasonings and finish with fresh basil. We never dilute or water down our tomato sauce. We have some very tasty specialty sauces as well, homemade alfredo made with real cream and parmesan cheese, BBQ, General Tsaos, Buffalo and extra virgin olive oil with herbs and garlic!

We then top your pizza with some of the finest  mozzarella cheese available. We use Grande cheese which is generally acknowledged as the best cheese for pizza, we pay extra for it, but it is worth it! It melts beautifully and the taste is so much fresher and creamier than ordinary pizza cheese. We don't believe in cutting our premium mozzarella with cheddar or any other of the  cheaper commodity cheeses either. They have their place at some pizzerias, but if you are using the best mozzarella around it would be foolish to throw in some cheaper cheddar to save a few pennies.
